The location was certainly great, especially for visiting the piece hall. It was just a short walk. i found the staff member i encountered to be very helpful, made my arrival smooth. the room itself was simple, yet it felt adequate and i found the value matched the price i paid. the landlady was lovely. Her smiles were cute.
i noticed a slight odor in the room upon arrival, possibly from the sink drain, a minor issue. it dissipated after blocking the drain and airing out the room, though the initial smell was noticeable.

Jackie was really friendly (she's a gem!). the location proved excellent, a short walk to the concert venue. i appreciated the free parking. It saved some hassle. i found the information booklet about the town really helpful.
I did notice the tv wasn't plugged in. The staff might know it doesn't work. a working tv would have been nice.

The location proved really convenient for attending a concert at Piece Hall (it's just a short walk away). My room included shampoo, tea and coffee, a nice touch. I also appreciated the large tv with freeview tv channels. The beer garden at the front was enjoyable on a sunny day.
